Everyone meets at the event location.

Road Goers can browse through all posted Trips and Hangouts. When ready to join click Join Trip or Join Hangout, review the full itinerary and cancellation rules, pay securely through RoadPple, chat directly with Road Planner.

Payment Structure: Road Goers pay the listed price plus a 13 - 15 % service fee. Payment is securely held by RoadPple until the event is completed

Once a Road Goer joins, they are added to the event’s private group chat. Inside the group chat, users can:

Introduce themselves Coordinate meeting points or carpool details Ask trip or hangout questions Get updates if the itinerary changes.The shared itinerary automatically updates in real time if the Planer edits it, ensuring everyone stays informed.

RoadPple prioritizes safety at every step. When participants meet up, they use the Safety. Check-In feature: Take a live selfie check-in.

Optionally share live location with your emergency contact or trusted friend, Access Safety Mode, One-tap emergency call, Quick safety tips for road travel and group hangouts. The Safety Check-In must be completed before the event officially starts.

Once checked in, it is time to experience the journey together.

Use the group chat for quick updates or coordination

After the Trip or Hangout concludes: RoadPple automatically confirms completion payment is released to the Road Planner minus the 20% platform fee

RoadPple keeps the service fee from each booking to maintain operations and safety services

All payouts are handled through secure transfer to the Road Planner’s connected account.

Once the event ends, both Road Planners and Road Goers are prompted to leave feedback.

Ratings: 1–5 stars based on communication, reliability, and safety. Written Reviews: Share what made the experience great or how it could improve. Trip Pictures: Upload photos from the journey or hangout. Only upload pictures you took or have permission to share. Avoid posting anyone’s image without consent. RoadPple may feature select approved photos on event pages or discovery feeds

Every verified ID, review, and photo strengthens your standing on RoadPple. Profiles with consistent positive reviews appear higher in search results and attract more participants. Your Road Reputation Score combines: Verification (ID and selfie status), Review quality Trip completion rate, Safety record. The higher your score, the more visible and trusted you become within the community.
